1. general
these terms and conditions govern your use of the website knoby.xyz and any purchases made through it. by using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
the seller is knoby guys sp. z o.o., a company registered in warsaw, poland (hereinafter "knoby", "we", "us").
2. products & pre-orders
product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website are provided for informational purposes. we strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors.
pre-orders are binding orders for products not yet in production. by placing a pre-order, you agree to purchase the product at the stated price when it becomes available. estimated shipping dates are approximate and subject to change.
we reserve the right to cancel pre-orders and issue full refunds if a product cannot be manufactured or delivered as specified.
3. prices & payment
all prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT for EU customers. prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
payment is processed at the time of order through our secure third-party payment provider. we do not store your payment card details.
4. shipping
- EU shipping: free standard shipping on all orders
- international shipping: rates calculated at checkout
- estimated delivery: 5-7 business days within the EU after dispatch
- risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
shipping delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or force majeure are beyond our control. we will communicate any significant delays promptly.
5. right of withdrawal
if you are a consumer within the european union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason (directive 2011/83/EU).
to exercise this right:
- notify us by email at hello@knoby.xyz with a clear statement of your withdrawal
- return the product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of notification
- you bear the cost of return shipping
we will reimburse the purchase price (including original shipping cost for standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
the right of withdrawal does not apply to products sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery, or to custom-made products.
6. warranty
all knoby products come with a 2-year statutory warranty as required by EU consumer law (directive 2019/771). this covers defects that existed at the time of delivery.
- within the first year, any defect is presumed to have existed at delivery (burden of proof on seller)
- after the first year, you may need to demonstrate the defect was present at delivery
- remedy options: repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund depending on the nature of the defect
warranty claims should be sent to hello@knoby.xyz with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if possible.
7. returns
beyond the 14-day withdrawal period, returns are accepted only for defective products covered by warranty.
returned products must be in their original packaging. we reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of misuse, modification, or damage not covered by warranty.
8. limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- knoby is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website
- our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question
- we are not responsible for third-party services, including payment processors and shipping carriers
nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or Polish law.
9. intellectual property
all content on knoby.xyz — including text, images, designs, logos, and software — is the property of knoby guys sp. z o.o. or its licensors. you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
10. governing law & jurisdiction
these terms are governed by the laws of the republic of poland. any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in warsaw, poland.
if you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. changes
we may modify these terms at any time. changes take effect when published on this page. continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
